WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We process all orders received before 1 PM shipped out the same day. We ship from our warehouses and depending on our inventory, we ship from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped same day will be shipped the following day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS Holidays. Orders received after 1PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a Holiday. 
Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package. This may be as late as 7 or 8 PM. 
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All Outdoor Sports offers you FREE shipping within USA with USPS.com for all products with no minimum purchase required. 
After your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect your parcel to arrive in the next 3-7 days for USA. 
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders. 
Shipping for any items over 1 lb are shipped via 3-7 days shipping and smaller accessories are shipped via a USPS 1st class. We ship via Fedex, UPS and USPS. Packages generally arrive within this time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. If you paid extra for shipping we will issue you a shipping refund if your package does not arrive during the guaranteed time frame.

Inclement weather conditions – All Outdoor Sports will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges due to weather delay. 
If the delivery of your package is postponed or delayed beyond the control of All Outdoor Sports or FedEx/USPS/UPS shipping due to re-routing of delivery based on mechanical or technical difficulties, All Outdoor Sports will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we only ship to the USA. Unfortunately we do not ship directly to any other countries at this time due to the nature of our Items. 
Some products can not be shipped to Alaska,Hawaii and Canada directly due to the high shipping rates.

We recommend the forwarding services of MyUs.com. They provide you with your own USA address where you can ship our products to. Once delivered, you can forward them to over 225 countries directly from your MyUs.com account. Its simple and easy.
